Session Overview
introduces the basic concepts of Electrical Engineering. Students will understand how electricity works, the types of electrical quantities, and the foundation required to study electrical components and machines in later session.
Session 2: PLC, Sensors and Process Control Systems
This Session explains the basics of PLCs, including types, programming, inputs/outputs, and configuration. It also covers sensors, transmitters, valves, PID control, and basic wiring and troubleshooting in industrial automation.
This Session covers PLC programming, ladder logic, analog control, and special functions like PID and communication. It also includes VFD programming and PLC–VFD integration for motor control.
This Session covers the basics of HMI and SCADA systems used for monitoring and controlling industrial processes. It includes system architecture, screen design, tag configuration, alarms, trends, communication protocols, and integration with PLCs and field devices.
